If you have made the right choice and decided to sign up for Our Online Backup then please contact one of our sales team on 0845 129 9940.
A member of staff will take your details and issue you a contract and a copy of our terms and conditions which will need to be signed and returned.

Payment for our service will be taken from your bank account monthly by standing order.  
Once our sales team has taken your details we will then require you to fill out a standing order form and send this to your bank.

Once we have received a signed copy of your contract and terms and conditions and your standing order has been setup we will activate your account. We will issue you with the details required to install the Our Online Backup management software.
You will also be issued with an Our Online Backup welcome pack which includes a full instruction manual.
